Mavroudis family owns and operates one of the largest and most well-known olive oil extraction mills on Corfu, Greece. The brothers established this modern olive mill in 1992, being the first to use the cold extraction process on the island. Here they process the families olives that are gathered from their 2,000 olive trees, along with olives from 800 other local families and professional farmers, from which finest quality extra virgin olive oil is then selected for bottling.
